PCME Stack 710 Opacity monitor meets or exceeds US EPA PS-1 requirements for Opacity monitoring from combustion stacks providing class leading performance in a compact, lightweight and easy to use instrument. As part of the PCME Ltd family of products, the PCME Stack 710 supports the functionality of being connected to an Interface Module or MultiController (for multi sensor user interface, Ethernet communication, graphs, historical data screens with graphs and trending as well as data logging for emission reporting, redundancy and data analysis functions). In addition, the instrument can be included as part of a PCME Ltd dust monitoring network including Particulate monitors, Filter performance and Leak monitors to form an unrivalled plant wide dust monitoring system.
PCME Stack 991 is an approved particulate measurement system for continuously monitoring emissions from industrial sources. It is predominantly used to monitor particulate emissions in stacks after bag filters, cartridge filters, cyclones and process driers. The instrument combines regulatory approvals (MCERTS and TUV BlmSchV 17 and 13) for both dust measurement and leak monitoring, with reliable automatic quality assurance features, rugged operation and advanced diagnostics capability for managing and improving the operation of bagfilter arrestment plant. The PCME STA CK 991 PLUS is a multi-sensor networked system (up to 16) for multi-stack and plant wide monitoring.
Suitable for measuring particle emissions after both bagfilter and electrostatic precipitator arrestment plant, the PCME QAL 181 satisfies the need for high quality assurance on emissions data. The instrument is suitable for measuring both low (<1mg/m3) and high particulate concentration levels (>200mg/m3). It has reduced sensitivity to changing particle type and is unaffected by changes in velocity. From a regulatory perspective its high quality assurance features (MCERTS and TUV approved) makes it suitable as a compliance device. Typical application areas include Cement Kilns, Boiler Plant (including Coal Fired plant with FGD and high temperature Biomass boilers) and Waste Incineration Plant.
